Got down to the plot late today as I’ve been on nights and needed a nap.

Planted out a bed full of alliums – all those assorted plants and bulbs I received earlier.

Weeded some of the beds – the weeds have really  enjoyed the fact that I haven’t been down for a few days.

The courgettes also took advantage and stormed away towards marrow status.

Picked a few toms and a couple of peppers from the greenhouse.  Also picked a few beans from the sfg bed – the main bean bed is a no go area until I can fix the supports – hopefully get the time on Sunday.

You can tell that summer is ending soon – by 8pm twilight was creeping in an the plot became shrouded in a dim gray light.
